Mayville is a growing community with awesome business opportunities. In the Fall of 09 the new Horicon Educational Center is due to be finished. The Plan for the Education Program at the Horicon Marsh International Education Center and Horicon Marsh Wildlife Area provides for construction of an 18,865 square foot multi-story addition to a current facility. The new Center serves as a learning hub for information exchange, interpretive exhibits, and visitor participation in classroom activities and outdoor educational experiences. As a tourist destination, it offers recreational opportunities along with environmental education for its half million annual visitors. |
